green spaces helpful staff
the hotel location near vondelpark allowed easy access to green spaces. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the quiet atmosphere. the proximity to public transportation made city exploration simple.
the room size felt slightly small for extended stays. limited storage options made organizing belongings challenging. additional shelving would improve functionality.

The shower was efficient. It was a real treat after a long day.
The cleanliness of the room I was assigned was questionable. I saw stains on the sheets. I also noticed stains on the carpet (which did not feel particularly cute).

the location was excellent, near vondelpark and some museums. the lobby offered complimentary drinks, a simple but nice touch. the room was updated and felt spacious for the area (i did find it quite comfortable).
I found a disconnect between what i booked and the room i received. It affected my experience.

garden view comfortable bed amazing staff
the room offered garden views it also included a coffee maker water bottles were stocked in the mini-fridge toiletries like shampoo conditioner and soap were provided the beds were super comfortable. breakfast had fresh ingredients good coffee was available all day a cozy courtyard provided a nice view during breakfast. the hotel had a lift the location had nearby restaurants and breakfast spots the staff was amazing a room was available earlier than expected.
the room was not thoroughly cleaned enough

comfy bed excellent lighting
The beds were super comfy. I found myself sleeping very soundly. The hotel offered high-tech rooms, a feature I appreciated greatly. Good lighting and excellent air conditioning contributed to a restful environment. The television also provided access to Netflix, logged out automatically after use.
I found the staff to have extreme attitude , I found them to be rude and unhelpful. Any request or question was too much for them, and you could tell they seemed to hate their life. I rarely experienced something like this.

The hotel had beautiful decor and attention to detail inside. The staff were friendly and helpful with a real personal touch! The hotel's location allowed convenient access to public transportation. I found it near the Vondelpark, which I loved!
The room I had was not isolated at all. I could hear the tram and road noise outside during the entire night. It made it hard to sleep. The bathroom door was a sliding door, but it was broken. The door stuck during my entire stay.
